Lily is a city girl who lives oceanfront in Castelia City. Her family kept a home right behind the Castelia City piers for her use while she was attending the Unova Academy. It was a very cozy and private place to her, and as such she always felt safe throwing modesty out the proverbial window after classes ended for the day. She was also quite comfortable with the lifestyle of the fast-paced city, including the fact that the city was also a tourist trap.

While out on the streets, Lily is reallt quite friendly (or at least she tries to be). She used to spend some time each day out by the piers just watching the ocean and to see the large cargo and cruise ships come and go. It is a deliciously busy city, so watching the global traffic come and go was the best way to spend a morning before class.

But even living in the most bustling city in the Unova region couldn't keep Lily content for too long. She was looking to try new things in her life, and when the Unova Academy opened an exchange program with Kanto's PCA, she jumped on the chance to see what their lifestyles are like. It was very fortuitious that her grades were good enough to qualify her for the program, and by the end of the week she was on a boat and heading for Vermillion City's port.

When it comes to battle though, Lily is noticeably fond of using a Combination of Coil and Leaf Blade. It can be a predictable move set to pull, but this is a new school and new students. Her old tricks are suddenly new again.
