And weren't those shoulderblade not facing downwards?
But hey... is does get there eventually... and building helmets is difficult after alt...

You're welcome... Perhaps check one more time... I thought you said you want to model after those Live-Action TMNT Movies of the 90s... I looked at one of the Shredder pics... and there it looks like they are facing downwards... :) but IDK ... maybe the pic was fake, not impossible ... :)
Upwards facing blades would be mighty inconviniend... sine you would poke yourself with them... but well... we are talking Shredder...
