Awesome! :D It's really cool to see another one of these! And with Nishi too this time! Hehe, I think both look just right for peopleforms, too! Fuxie looks totally tough and just the sort to be rough around the edges but with a softer side deep down. She's got clothes to match her usual colors, a kerchief that kinda looks like her raggedy tail! And she's preserved her shoulder tattoos on her jacket But it looks like she's got another tattoo to match the markings on her abdomen too! All cool ways of preserving elements of her look, and the hair that looks like ears is a neat idea too! Nishi looks like a funny, silly Yoshi, which fits the character perfectly! And his hat and shirt preserve his color scheme! The hat's even backwards and gotta green shade thingy to match his spikes! Ooh, and he's even got a longish, hangin' out tongue just like a Yoshi! And hehe, I see a Yoshi tail too! :D It's totally neat and creative all the things you're doing with this!
Haha, thanks Bosk! :D I'm glad you're all good at noticing a lotta those lil' things. X3 I recently saw some sorta punky guy on TV with a rag behind him that he referred to as a tail, so I waned to add it in here for that too! And I think Fuxie's front tattoo is probably gonna be a snake, since that was the idea behind her swervy color scheme anyway. (: And I wanted to make Nishi's outfit a lil' neater since he could just wear the same exact clothes. X3 But I might not be 100% on it, either way it was fun to make! And it was you that got me thinking about doing such a fun thing, so I still totally appreciate that! *Hughug* Thanks again! (:
Hey... that really awesome to see this picture... Seeing Fuxie and Nishi in a human for is quite different from what I see... Nice interpretation. I see that Fuxie is well represented and a lot of her personnality is showing there and the same for Nishi... I think that Bosky a very well describe these two characters... Really nice picture my friend
Kazootles! This looks great, Nishi! Bosky pretty much covered everything I noticed and thought, but I can't help but echo just how rough-and-the-edges Fuxie looks while seeing something about her that would imply a softer side lurks beneath that rough exterior. The way you managed to creatively keep her furry features like her hair and tail is also super cool and definately serves as a great template for those who may want to give this concept a try themselves.
But, wait! I forgot Nishi! The biggest thing I noticed was his cool-kid ball cap. Being reversed and at that particular angle definately serves as an awesome reference to his dino butt original. His posture, pose, and addition of his own "tail" to copy his best friend, Fuxie, also adds to the unique human rendition of everyone's favorite, orange Yoshi.
I can't help but see this and think on how a great movie would start out with Fuxie being all hardcore trying to show everyone how awesome she is with a single-minded goal of "It's about me and me alone." This is until she bumps into Nishi who, for any reason Nishi could think up, wants to hang with her and, through their shared antics, Fuxie realizes there is more to life than looking out for yourself and forcing others to respect you. Good times!
