I have.. NO idea why i drew this. I always wanted to create a Koi fish/Dragon hybrid :p (I gave her a big forehead so that you could see her red marking that many koi fish have) and ummm the background is really random. I just wanted to add something so it didn't seem so bleak!
NOT MUCH LEFT TO SAY ABOUT THIS ONE. I drew the majority of it while really sick and it looks much different now that my vision isn't blurry and weird.

Oh, this is trippy... and pretty ^_^
I like her outfit, and markings... And the background creates the outlandish setting that goes along well with a character like her... Overall, I think it's rather nice and that something cool came out of the period in which you were sick...
