Ingredients:
Homemade tomato sauce (or a good 2 jars of sauce) recipe for tomato sauce to come later ;)
2 lbs of Rigatoni (studier than ziti)
1 pack of italian sausage
1-2 lbs of chicken
A good amount of mozerella, parmesan, parmesano reggiano and perrano cheeses
Proscuitto
Directions:
Cook the sausage and chicken first. When they are fully cooked at them to a premium (or home made) pasta sauce and let it simmer while the water for the pasta is coming to a boil.
In a baking dish line the bottom of the dish with sauce (a can or bottle of cheap sauce will work here).
Boil the pasta for only a few minutes as you're going to be cooking it in the oven. Recommended at least 2-3 minutes. The pasta will be hard but it's alright.
Line the bottom of the dish with a good layer of pasta, then sauce and then 1/2 of the mozzarella. Repeat this with the next layer using the rest of the pasta, the premium sauce with the sausage and chicken mixture and before adding the cheese add the chopped prosciutto, sprinkling it on top and adding the rest of the mozzarella and other assorted cheeses.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, pull out and serve. :)

Made some tonight, ran into some issues. I didn't have quite enough sauce, and the noodles that weren't completely submerged came up a bit chewy, but really the only big problem was out pan wasn't big enough, and I had to split it off to several pans, I couldn't do the double layering. It was still nummy though, I used mozz. and an italian blend, as well as sprinkling some reggiano cheese on top. So more of a modified mostacholi, but still delicious ^^
