Rune is a warrior in a tribe in Norway, and he and his lifelong friend, Arne, are starting to worry that neither of them will end up dying in battle and they'll be denied entrance to Valhalla when the time comes; perhaps they were too good at their jobs! But Rune is burdened by an additional worry that he's never shared with anyone; not even in prayer to Thor.
But that night, A mysterious stranger appears at his door; and on this night this stranger will open Rune's eyes to what has been front of him all along - and perhaps give him the courage to ask a question that he's never dared.

(Note: I had to put Eye of the Morning on hiatus because it wasn't generating enough interest on Patreon, but I will be finishing it up later and releasing it on gumroad!)
