Well, Kai belongs to a friend of mine over on DA. I really didn't plan on making her out on MSPaint7 anytime soon. Just that the creator of her is a close friend of mine and I noticed I've rarely made any digital arts for him. SO! I thought i'd make something for him.
Kai is a city-dwelling pokemon, meaning she runs the streets of the city. when she wants, she could easily get food, or pretty much anything from the passers by with her childish personality and adorableness.
She's not the averagely colored Mienshao as you can plainly see, but I tried. |3
