Yo has a condition that makes his eyes sensitive to light. It's nothing that a veil can't cure. Enjoy. <^\/^>

Okay, so I've been paying attention here, and I'm noticing that the Blanks on this vessel appear to have a much higher level of technology than the rest of the people in the world.
Photographs, manufactured uniforms, standardized structures, and the biggest indicator for me, personally?
The award ribbons.
Those aren't big, they're small. That means they're commonplace among the military, rather than something you wear on special occasions. When they're that small, they are very difficult to make without extensive manufacturing capabilities. Each ribbon would have to be hand-sewn, one at a time. That would make them prohibitively expensive, unless they have the ability to mass-produce them from an industrial loom.
Now granted, we're not seeing anything like guns or computer screens? But what I am seeing suggests that this vessel has been "sanitized" in case they happen to encounter another vessel crewed by humans.
That makes their presence in Val Salia very interesting. Very interesting indeed.
