Very well done. Good fur texture and color gradation on it. Deer's head looks pretty accurate in shape. Flower looks cute on its head. The left ear is the only thing that stands out as a little too large. A hint smaller or maybe shorter seems like it would fit the head better.

Yeah I didn't go back to check the measurements like I usually do:'D I paint on top of a loose approximate sketch, and at the end I usually edit my references at half opacity onto a picture of my work, to do a final polish. The head is off. The reference was horned cx Good eye.
