Legacy Trashmaster
Birthday boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I took this photo at the place me and my besties went for crazy golf. He's a big fucking traaaaaaaaaaash maaaaan and idk maybe he eats all the garbage. He is very solid, but I gotta say he doesn't do the junkion gimmick very well. There's like three parts to him so you can't exactly take him apart much.
Prime Robots in Disguise Starscream
Birthday money my beloved. I got him (minus his stupid ass gimmick weapon) from a second hand store near me and he's pretty damn good. He's very spindly but his joints are solid and his transformation is simple, but clever.
Beast Wars Prowl-2
Punished Owly. He looks cool af in both modes but they both have pretty severe engineering issues ngl. His wings don't really tab in for robot mode and his arms just kinda hang off him in owl mode.
Studio Series Roadbuster
I had the old Roadbuster and admittedly I'm disappointed with how simple this one is compared to it. Still, he looks much better, especially in the car mode.
Legacy Crashbar
He's a funky little Junkion. Probably the most forgettable but still pretty solid. We just need a repaint so the combined mode has two arms.
Legacy Scraphook
He's basically the same as Axlegrease from the last post I did, but more boring, so instead of repeating myself. I'll talk about the combined form - He looks cool and is pretty imposing but you need to re-engineer him a bit to get him even remotely stable, and even then you gotta be careful. Honestly if you're thinking of tracking down the Junkions to make it I'd just stick with Axlegrease over Scraphook, and I wouldn't bother with the combined form.
Studio Series Nightbird
I was kinda hesitant due to her weird proportions (especially the wings) and huge backpack, but she is better in hand, especially in car mode. I just hope DNA or someone fixes her issues with an upgrade kit.
Revenge of the Fallen Jolt
The Studio Series figure left a lot to be desired so after doing a clear-out I nabbed this guy from the second-hand shop. He is better in many ways - I especially like the integrated weapons, but he's kinda oversized and unwieldly. He's very early movie figure too, in that he just kinda has these huge car chunks hanging off him.
Dark of the Moon Topspin
I got him alongside RoTF Jolt and honestly I think he fits with him better than the Studio Series Topspin. The proportions on that one just look weird. This one has all the articulation you need, and is better proportioned.
Lost Age Jolt
With the RoTF Jolt not really scratching that itch I imported this one from Japan and he's probably my definitive version of the character. He balances the pros of both the RoTF and SS figures well, and generally is just interestingly engineered. The clear plastic does concern me a bit though.
