One of the dangers of the jungle is the Amazon's tropical arachnids. Their venom is poisonous, they are cannibals, and their favorite treat is the kokum babies.
In the caves of arachnids, it is easy to get lost and stay there forever in the form of a cocoon of cobwebs, from which small spiders will suck the life force.
Arachnid venom exudes a pleasant smell and serves as a bait for kokums. Adults are able to resist the influence of bait, but young ones are not
