Hello everycreautre again. I'm back with a new artwork and this time, as you can see, the "focus" is completely different hehe.
You know that one of my favorite parts of doing those artworks is drawing the diapers. I really enjoy that part a lot, especially because when you add the enough and necessary details, the information about the padded garment is really noticeable and nice, like the the volume, the poofiness, the parts where it folds, and that kind of stuff. That's why I decided to do an artwork which not only focused in the diaper itself, but also in the diaper back, which is in my opinion ignored frequently, not completely, but more than necessary.
This drawing wasn't too complex, but had too big challenges, one was the perspective, and the other one was the sizes of the parts, especially the holes. It was necessary to try out several different sizes and positions for Goldigony's tail, since it is pretty big as you can see hehe. Even if I could add more details to this piece of art I still liked how it resulted and how it looks, and I hope you like it too!

You make a really good point about how the finer details of a diaper can be overlooked in drawing such a multifunctional article of clothing. Diapers are, without a doubt, overlooked in just how much research and development (R&D) and technological advancement that has been put into their design over centuries.

The description you give of the diaper that Goldigony is wearing is very informative towards how and why she would be made to wear such poofy padding. The thickness tells us that our dragoness friend is, very likely, getting ready for bed, prepared for a long trip, or may be encountering some colder temperatures. Diapers with lots of 'bulk' are meant to be worn for longer periods of time than a diaper that may not include such 'cushioning'. This means that all of Goldigony's padded, potty breaks will be safely absorbed by her diaper over a prolonged period of time without causing her sensitive scales unpleasant irritation. She could also ride on Princess Celestia's back, in a Pegasus Chariot, or even a stroller for an extended period of time without getting a sore bottom from being in a sitting position for longer than she would normally care to be.
The different 'folds' of her diaper are where the real technological wonder of her disposable diaper can be noticed. Each 'ffold' acts as its own barrier between what may come out of Goldigony, how much may be released at any given time, and ensuring maximum levels of sanitation for not just the world outside of Goldigony's pamps, but her very sensitive areas where such waste products make their exit from her body into her diapers.

Diapers have truly come a long way with respect to hygiene, sanitation, protection, and environmental impact. She may not ever admit it, but Goldigony is a very fortunate, young dragon to be hatched and raised during a time where being 'diaper dependant' does not mean discomfort up until the time her muscles and mind are ready to be the 'Big Dragon' she knows she can be.
LITTLE STORY:
"Hehe," giggled Spike as he was walked into the room he shared with his dragon friend, Goldigony. "That diaper makes your butt look really big!"
Goldigony turned to look at the younger, purple-colored dragon who was making jokes about the diaper that the Resident Caretaker (RC) of their dormitory had just finished putting her into.
"You think my butt looks big," she replied with a teasing grin across her face. "You just wait until the RC puts you in yours."
FYOO
"Mine...?" Spike gasped as he felt the magical aura of their RC surround his body in warm, orange light before levitating him towards where the diaper bag was placed.
"Hey!" he cried as he wildly wiggled in a desperate, yet futile, attempt to break free of the Unicorn caretaker's ethereal hold. "I don't need a diaper change!"
It was now Goldigony's turn to giggle as the RC smiled warmly down upon Spike as she showed off her magical abilities by keeping the emerald-eyed dragon held safely in her aura as she got out the changing pad, wipes, powder, and the bulkiest diaper that Goldigony and Spike had ever seen during their short time spent so far within Princess Celestia's Magic Kindergarten.
"La-dee-da-da-dee," the caretaker hummed while removing a grey-colored plush toy that looked like a colt with a black mane wearing blue 'big boy' underwear that was covered in white dots. "La-da-dee-da-da."
SNATCH!
Spike stopped his frantic punching and kicking as he noticed Smarty Pants, Twilight Sparkle's Best Plushie Friend Forever (BPFF) being gently lowered into his awaiting claws.

Goldigony was in awe at how quickly their caretaker was able to get Spike out of his current diaper, clean his sensitive spots with wipes, slide the new diaper under him, and liberally cover his midsection and new diaper's interior with powder before sealing the green-spiked, baby dragon into the extra bulky, new diaper.
"Pushover," she teased as Spike continued to play with Smarty Pants without having yet to take the time to know of the beanbag-like diaper that now surrounded his mint-green colored underbelly.
"Okay, you two," the RC sing-songed in a very sugary-sweet voice. "Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle will be by for you two for your special stroll around Canterlot Castle very soon."
"Ooh...," awed Goldigony as she wiggled about in an effort to stand up despite the bulky diaper nearly making her feet unable to touch the ground. "I bet I can get another warm bottle of milk if I make just enough of a fuss about getting into my stroller as I did to get put into this stupid diaper."
"What?" wondered Spike as he snapped out of his playtime and realized he was now much like a turtle that had been rolled onto its back. "Hey! I can't move!"
Goldigony allowed herself a hearty laugh at her emerald-eyed friend's expense as he flopped about on his back. Unlike Goldigony, Spike was just a bit shorter and pudgier than she was. This meant the extra bulky diaper hung just about an inch below the bottoms of his feet. This prevented him from doing anything to pull himself up in the same way that Goldigony had succeeded in doing so.
"Now who's laughing," she stated while reaching out a clawed finger to tickle at her friend's foot.
"Haha-hey!" he laughed and cried at the same time. "Don't-haha-stop!"
Goldigony's grew an ear-to-ear smile on her face.
"Don't stop?" she asked while readying her other clawed hand to tickle at Spike's feet. "Whatever you say, Spikey-Wikey!"
It was at this time that Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle arrived to prepare their young dragons for their field trip. However, given how it appeared the two were happily playing together, they decided to allow the two a few more moments of fun before disrupting their play to get strapped into their strollers and ready for a full day of educational adventures.

Hehe really fun story Yosh. I really like how you made hilarious and embarrassing all the moment of getting changed for Spike. I liked that they both were going to have a field trip with their "moms" and that was the main reason of wearing an extra bulky super cute adorable kind diaper hehe.

They have clearly evolved a lot in our times until getting into really complex pieces of engineering and design in order to keep butts all around the world, clean and sane. It is pretty impressing for me how much physics and chemistry is behind that invention and how well it works to be honest.
I don't remember if I mentioned you this detail Yosh, but it would be a good idea to remind it. Goldigony's and Spike diapers have pink, maybe more like magenta colored part, especially in the tapes, the barriers and the tapes zone in the front of the diaper. This is because the diapers in the Magic Kindergarten work as uniforms so they have separated colors for each class. Also, a gender symbol is place in the tapes zone (where you usually find drawing of animals and stuff) to recognize each creature gender in any time. I guess that they probably also have diapers of different sizes and absorbency according their needs hehe.

Very interesting. To make sure I am understanding the diaper designs of Spike and Goldigony...
1: The region where the tabs attach to the landing zone of the diaper are magenta in color to help instructors, staff, and fellow classmates know what level of education and/or class of students the ones in diapers belong to.
2: The diapers have the Male and Female symbols printed on them to help instructors, staff, and any creature they interact with know what gender / sex the diaper-dependant student is? (My first thought is the gender symbols I saw while playing Pokemon.).
I like the idea of having a mark on the diaper to help some creature know if a padded pupil has male, or female, anatomy. Children are taught at a very early age to protect what is hidden beneath the layers of softness their diapers provide. It could be helpful to make sure those who could have responsibilities in changing diapers, giving baths, etc. be able to know what they are working with without having to invade a child's privacy before they are in a safe place to perform their duties in ensuring each little one has their hygiene needs met with the most tender of care.

Exactly Yosh, it is completely right. The landing zone, tapes and barriers matches similar colors according to the respective classroom or group color, and the landing zone also features the big gender symbol exactly like in Pokémon games. A circle with a diagonal arrow for male, a circle with a cross starting from the bottom for female. And yeah, that's exactly the propose of that, keeping a good track of every student being in the right place and receiving the appropriated treatment.
