Pretty =/= talent. And I've seen photos of you. 1. You're adorable. 2. Even if you weren't, you're still an amazing person. I can't make you not hurt, because hell my ex is a psycho and I'm still kinda hurt she got with someone else.

Even if you're not friends anymore, you loved him at one point. That doesn't just vanish, not even years later. Nor to the feelings of inferiority when they move on, because in our minds the 'new' person MUST have something you don't. Just trust that this isn't the case. <3

I think you dwell way too much on your own insecurities. Why would you make a comic like this? I mean vent art can be helpful now and then but this seems to me like something that would just make me reflect even more on what it was that was bothering me and why it was.

You are a good person at heart and I just hate to see you so gloom and doomy over stuff you are already aware should not bother you. Who gives a fuck what she or anyone else looks like compared to you? The same guy wanted to be with you once too, but you already know you wouldn't work together as a couple. So he got in a relationship with a pretty girl, don't act like he raised his standards or something. He found you beautiful too, no? I'd be more offended if I saw my ex dating a swamp monster.

You've got a lot of talent, you've got a lot of friends, you've got a lot of things about you plenty of people want and desire. I'm sure there are people who envy you. I know you know I've had similar self image and self confidence issues, but through my own experiences I've become stronger and more loving towards myself. It's not easy and it doesn't happen overnight, and I wish there was something more I could do than leave you a really long comment to try and be of some help, but in all honesty no matter what anyone else including me tries to do or say, it is ultimately you who must help yourself and realize all these things are trivial and do not affect you or who you are.
