Little rough of a hybrid idea inspired by  jecbrush's techno sci fi universe and I like techno sci fi in general. Or science fantasy, whichever is the proper term.

Her name's Evelyn, she's a netrunner and a mage. Because my own universe that's evolved to include magic and the supernatural, so magic exists, but the majority of people don't know it does.
