I forget when I commissioned this, I like to let artists have fun with my characters and I would say this is Rogue "out and about" having fun maybe going out to parties. Forgot to mention she has 8 other sisters that look alike, but they have different code names.
I do need to commission her with her casual outfits and her assassin suits. But yeah that will be a good chunk of cash there!
