Nosebleed Bros! 🩹
It's Muzaa and Josef! Josef is Muzaa's over-protective pyrokinetic roommate from uni. He used his powers too much and got a nosebleed. Muzaa isn't psychic/al, but he's overly stressed and gets nosebleeds often.

Josef the strong bull-dragon with braids on the sides of his head, proudly holds close his tiny roommate Muzaa the salamander-iguana.
Josef is flexing, summoning a fireball in the shape of his head behind the two, while the seal on his forearm glows with power.
Muzaa is just looking down, nervous.
Both are wearing the same clothes, a pink shirt and black leggings, and both have a huge nosebleed.

An impressive if maybe somewhat narcissistic pyrokinetic display from Josef even though he's overexerted himself a bit, which I suppose might have stressed Muzaa and caused his nosebleed.
Hopefully they've got handkerchiefs handy so the nosebleeds don't end up getting bloodstains on their shirts.
They do make for an adorable pair though.
