Great job on them! The new Lionfolk figures do look very intimidating. Snarling Panthera up close will make a lot of people freeze, used to see that at a wildlife park during Feed A Tiger. One layer of chain link fence and metal serving tongs for the raw meat treats were all that separated you from a damn big cat.. I could handle it, others not so much. Fred choking during the attack, understandable.
THANK YOU!!!!
You're just about the only person who says they understood this!
I was close enough to a tiger to touch it on the nose. Mowgli's head was the size of a dustbin lid. People have no idea how large and intimidating these beasts really are! And to have one appear, wielding a sword, staring right at you, a few feet away...it's a miracle Fred didn't have a heart attack!

I've also had 3 encounters with Pumas in the time I've been in Arizona. One in a car, cat dashed in front of me on the road to my home. One while following Puma tracks in the sand and dust in back country in the Sedona area, Cat back tracked and was stalking me. I noticed the tracks were very fresh and moving off in an arc. Heard a twig snap and turned. Started talking loudly, giving commands of Who is there, show your self! Had a pistol in hand and put a round into the sand after I heard more movement in the brush, cat ran off like crazy at that point. Most interesting one was in my own yard at night - I live on the edge of wild land. We had been informed there was a momma Puma with 2 cubs in the area. I couldn't sleep one night and was sitting on the side porch about 2 am just enjoying the cool air and some moonlight. Momma Puma jumped the block wall at the front of the house, landed on the gravel and strolled thru the yard. I saw it, froze in place in my seat and just tracked it with my eyes. Was less that 6 feet from me. She jumped the back wall and was heading down the alley towards the golf course - lots of fat Mule Deer grazing on the greens and fairways there. Someones dog barked at it, Cat snarled and I was back in the house asap.

That's me about 20 years ago feeding Elijah. Buddy of mine from Japan took the pic. I'd paid for him to feed the cat too , but he froze then backed away. I got to give extra to grouchy greedy guts there.
