A semi-vegan twist on a delicious Asian delight!
(Not recommended for anyone with peanut allergies)
Ingredients:
1cup rice
2cups boiled water
1/4cup peanut butter
1/4cup peanuts
1/2cup pad-Thai sauce
1 carrot
1 onion
1 small bell pepper
1 hot pepper
3 mushrooms
2 green onions
1/4cup wonton noodles
2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
1-cook rice in rice cooker for 14 minutes (stirring between 7 minutes)
2-prep and cook veggies in a lightly oiled and hot pan/wok
3-mix together your rice into your veggies
4-mix your peanut butter and sauce into rice and veggies until all ingredients are combined and mixed together
5-plate and enjoy!
