Yeah, I was wondering if I should have left that part in. I did just leave it non-descript and vague though. The idea actually struck me from a concert recording I was listening to where the band leader was making some comments about how they were completely ready to have their concert and had even planning on recording it when the unions for the power workers decided to go on strike and cut all the power to the city. Same guy also did play a bicycle once on TV.
