My new character! Skylar. She's wearing a bikini here to show off her tattoos, but she'll be actually dressed next time xD

She's 3/4 dog and 1/4 cat, and a tattoo artist who also loves cars - she likes to race and to mess around under the hood, and sometimes she does customs paintjobs for her friends' cars. Her pomeranian's name is Sobako, and she is almost never without him. She carries him around, drives him around, and keeps him in her shop, and dyes his tail every time she dyes her hair. He bites people who try to pet him :B
