I started playing Words with Friends™ on my phone, and had forgotten that I was once a quite formidable scrabble player. I am mentoring a friend at work in playing, strategy, etc. This is kinda how the conversation went.

It has some difficulty on older versions of android, but it's nice. Wordsmith is better for older android versions though. Also, at the end of the game, if you can't find a home for your letters it ends the game after three passed turns, rather than seeming to let you pass forever.
There's so many words that you can have people call foul on and then wind up scaring them in future games due to proving them wrong.
Well, at least you can do that when in physical reach of someone… if you play online people will just use online dictionary and anagram solvers to pluck out words.
