Paint me a river to join the stars, and we can swim among them together
Finished this painting last week but didn't manage to get a good picture of it until today =3 Just a pic of Stormslegacy.
One of my best composition-wise but the lighting leaves a bit to be desired. I still have a lot to learn. Critique/tips/tricks especially appreciated!

That's a very interesting drawing to begin with, and I have nothing to complain about it =)
As for a tips, let's say that the 'light' could have been better while using a drawing-gum type to cover the light trail. It acts like a 'reservation'. Once the drawing gum is dried, you can paint over it without a problem, and when the watercolor is dried as well, then you remove the drawing gum and it will show the paper instead of the paint. You can use it for the stars, pretty like the salt can be used for this as well (even if that's better for snow effect)
Anyway, keep up the excellent work!
