This guy was meant for Halloween but I didn't have the time to work on him back at the time, the SB will be higher cuz I spent like 3 days working on him orz
Oh also if you're wondering about the title it's because I had an idea for his backstory, basically he works for a mafia and he's in charge of "disposing" of the bodies they need to get rid off which is the reason they call him "The Butcher" (with that code/nickname you can kinda guess what he does to the bodies), they also send him to intimidate or hunt down targets sometimes and the axe is his weapon of choice
