Well in starfall's version of zootopia. the aurochs, the name of the bovine species humans domesticated our cattle from. But since there are no humans, that didn't happen so they're still around. Sell their excess milk past what they need for raising their calf's for extra income. Making milk and milk products luxury foods. especially to the omnivore species like foxes for example.
