Ethan like James, Pyra and other Ragtags they tend to visit Crescent's Den due to his parties and all the diapers and plush toys he has.
Ethan wanted to be Crescent's diaper as Crescent was prepping the Plushie games. Crescent made sure to make Ethan extra poofy as it's going to be a long battle, but has plenty of snacks for him and a nice cushy Meow plushie to sit on, Ethan at least has a front row seat to all the poofy and eventually doughy plush toys duking it out with baby toys for a spot in Pailveon. At least Ethan gets to have a blast.
