No? It's more realistic. It's back before she became Lara the badass. You should look into the new game at least. It's a reboot of the franchise, kinda like what they're doing with Devil May Cry.

Because she gets hit more. It looks like they're trying to make it as badass as Uncharted. I like the Tomb Raider games but I love Uncharted so making a reboot that's also a prequel is a good way to go, in my opinion.
