Yeh, they’re the Mexican army rescue dogs. Proteo died on Turkey doing his job on the recent earthquake, Arkadas was gifted by Turkey as a replacement for Proteo and Frida became a heroine on the 2017 earthquake here on Mexico, she passed away last year I think but left behind a puppy
