On the upside, if he has or is about to have an accident, he can always get a quick Halloween costume as a baby when someone puts a baby diaper on him. He is the perfect size and proportions.

He would be so adorable and indistinguishable that he'd get both extra candy and people being confused (Maybe humans?) that he isn't wearing a costume. And also, bullies are mean, but unless he's on Westside Island, I doubt that they be so cruel to take candy from a baby/toddler. Especially with a potential looming threat of the baby or toddler's parents being around.
