This unique war fan, modeled after a Chatot, is capable of creating gales of various melodies to buff allies, while hindering enemies of the wielder. It can create a melody can that make anyone load their pamps immediately upon hearing it, filling their mind with poofy and doughy thoughts. It can also produce a battle melody that fills allies with indomitable courage, strengthening their attacks and quickening their movement speed. Lastly it is capable of firing feather projectiles that can massively bwoomp up anyone’s diaper upon contact, limiting their movement from the poofy heft.
