So recently I got caught up in watching Bar Rescue clips and I gotta say, Jon Taffer's making Gordon Ramsay eat his own heart out with his no nonsense attitude during examining bars/grills/restaurants and taking action to shut down the most fowl and disgustingly infested kitchens imaginable.

Better watch out then cafe owners, WolfyJ here's channeling Taffer's energy and intends to show no mercy should your cafe be in awful to poor condition.
