Name: Ruggs
Height: 2'4" (though this will obviously be flexible)
Disposition: Friendly and overly trusting of others. Considers it a duty to help others, but he is mildly greedy due to his nature as a draconic creature. His parentage have led him to otherwise not act like a stereotypical wild kobold, and is easily upset if people expect that from him. Is very sheltered, so despite a greater deal of intelligence compared to most kobolds, he is not likely to pick up on scams, and is not likely to realize when he is wasting gold on non-essentials. Explores in hopes of finding the individual that killed one of his parents, and the means they used to do so.
Orientation: Bi with a male preference
