Might I inquire what the best way to start reading this is? I noticed there are lots of chapters and multiple paths and stuff.

To be entirely honest: I'm not sure what the best way to pick this one up would be. It's just a generic zombie story I started for last year's Halloween season and kept going with.

Currently, I do have one finished ending of five total or if you were to start from the beginning, the story does not break into multiple paths until Ch 6. My plan is to, once the entire thing is complete, just upload one big file with all the branching paths.

All that said, there is a lot to what I've already uploaded and it isn't especially well done anyways, so I honestly wouldn't blame you if you simply didn't want to bother *nervous laugh*. I do very much appreciate the sentiment, thank you very much for that. (Though, if you want a laugh, chapters 1 and 2 never got a proper editing session so you can see just how bad I really am at writing and formatting!)

Wow, furry anthro zombie apocalypse. That's amazing, lol. I'll have to read some other chapters of "Severed Roads", I think. I always liked this stuff about zombie because that feeling of being surrounded, of world and humanity dying, of fighting so hard for survival... really fun.

And yeah, poor lab-rat haha. She was really nervous. I think you did a nice job portraying her emotional state.

I'm glad to hear you think it's neat. It's a bit generic, but it's a zombie story; anything one writes at this point about zombies is going to be all "been-there, done-that" anyways but I'm very grateful you'd simply take a look at it, thank you much for that.
