Is it weird that I am genuinely wondering how Jedi and Sith would react to someone who is not a droid, but they can throw around energy like as seen in Dragon Ball?
And not just the Ki being thrown around either, but the incredibly inhuman strength and durability, alongside the ability to control Ki for defensive purposes.
It makes me wonder if they would think they're force users, or if they'd easily put it together that they're using something else unrelated or mildly similar to the Force.

Maybe not so much.
In fact, there was a Star Wars novel, that was originally meant to be the script for the second movie. The idea was discarded for the reason, that the effects and locations were not possible to be made with the technology of the late 70s and early 80s.
In this story, Darth Vader himself throws an energy ball allmost kamehameha style towards Luke Skywalker, who somehow was able to manage to push it aside with his hands, showing how strong the force is within him.
Later the Night Sisters were established into the SW lore who are practically witches, using magic and necromancy and it worked awfully well.

Whoa! Now that's something I never knew! That's making me even more curious! I definitely know that Ki and The Force have spiritual attachments, namely sensing another's presence and maybe even how powerful they are, alongside the soul still being a thing.
That does give me quite a bit to think about, because both use energy and both seem to be the same in function. Though the latter through time and lack of technology, was rendered much more invisible save for Palpatine's lightning hands which I think were later implemented through a remaster.

Since Voolvif and the crew are on their way to Tatooine, I wonder if Voolvif will spot Obi Wan. They probably can't interact, but they could still give a little nod to one another. A small comfort that some Jedi still live.
By the way, when reading your comic, I forgot about Ben's message. Thank you for your attention to detail and going above and beyond to ground this comic firmly in the Star Wars universe. All the more reason I consider this cannon.
Fun fact, when Sidious ended the Jedi Purge in 1 BBY, he knew full well that a few dozen Jedi were still alive and in hiding. There was still an order to kill or capture them on sight, but there weren't any more special hunt missions for them. Sidious just believed they weren't a threat anymore.
Also, some survivors either quit being Jedi entirely or acted in ways that made them redefine themselves as nonJedi force users. I don't know how long Shistavanen live, but if Voolvif lived to the original or even sequel trilogy, he might have changed his views of the force to the point he was no longer a Jedi despite having the power of one. Luke may be the last Jedi, but members of the old order still live. Voolvif may be one such member.

Unfortunately I have not planned for them to met or spot each other.
Thanks much.
Yes, this was mentioned in the Dark Times comics.
There are lots of possible scenarios what kind of life surviving Jedis had picked up after Order 66. Some became vagabonds, hidden helpers, some built up businesses in the outer rim, some decided to have a family, a rural life, etc.

Though there will be no way of knowing it, likely not even sensing each other's presence in the Force but if just for a little while on Tattooine, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Voolvif Monn will be on the same planet together, two of the surviving Jedi passing like ships in the night not long after Voolvif heard the message, something they might put down to one of the unknowable workings of the Force and also in it's own way comforting even if they remain unaware of each other.
As I've said many times before in the comments, some lovely work with Voolvif's expression in the last panel as he listens to the message as well as with Obi-Wan himself in the first panel.
