Blaine would either be killed, arrested, or on the run after the events of the main story, no longer having Dante's strength. If killed, Dante's spirit would no longer inhabit any human host and return to the afterlife. If arrested, Blaine/Dante would spend the next couple of years in a prison for the supernatural.
