Every Halloween the ZPD hosts their own event for the trick or treaters and a party for the officers. It's either that or work the Halloween shift, Clawhauser has always helped with the former being a big hit in his paw made costumes. Judy having worked a mix of both over the years decided on helping out with the party and wanted to incorporate her experience with her inflatable power suit for it along with some of her Halloween experience from home. Her somewhat crazy hyena friend/coworker and the creator of the suit, Wazima practically sprang at the chance and created another inflatable suit for her while Judy a witch's costume that would fit over it. With Wazima's decorations, Judy's Costume, and Clawhauser knowledge of what the best Halloween treats are the party was a huge hit! Judy would tell young furs about urban legends like the bunny coven while she gave out treats. Some were a bit scary, but paled in comparison to Wazima's ghost animatronics they had to be put away early, the young trick or treaters loved her costume even dubbing her Big Witch Judy.
