Shang went to the Kove since he got invited there, but he doesn't know by whom. Not that he should worry about that: as he stands on the pier, tentacles appear from under the water, catching his ankles. Now Shang will enjoy being tickled by those tentacles on his soft feet! What a lucky man, he loves it so much. Kuai, Hanzo and Kano are enjoying the show: it was them who invited Shang there... they wanted to try the new Ticklality on his perfect feet!
