Khopesh was leaned against a wall at the party, a bit bored at the crowd. Well, ok, not quite "bored", more like... in absolute shock at how many people were spreading pseudo-historical and fringe-archaeological theories as "facts". He knew how this would go: He points out the flaws and cites the actual evidence and either they would scream, or they would insist that it's all a "joke" and would refuse to acknowledge how they were spreading a falsehood without a twinge of regret. He sighed, swirled his whiskey, took a long sip, and got ready to cite his sources.
