There's a lovely little food cart that's always in the Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland that specializes in fried egg sandwiches. It's called "Fried Egg I'm in Love"
This is their signature sandwich. It has toasted sourdough, fried egg, cheese, a house sausage patty, and delicious pesto.
This is a very good sandwich and I like to get one on occasion when I'm in the city and looking for a filling breakfast. I'm not a huge fan of breakfast sausages usually, but this one is pretty darn good and you can never go wrong with pesto!
