this is Ballad, she belong to Viro
I made a model of her years ago but I felt I wanted to update her model so I am, same for Sonata.
this is a Sonic gen style version of Ballad with some sonic gen type clothes base on the clothes Viro design for her in their comics.
I might try to remake the original clothes she has in Viro's comic a other day
