I had a photo of the pizza with just one slice out of it but I used a camera that didn't do it justice and by the time I could take a photo with the better camera 3 slices had been taken. But this is a REALLY pretty pizza so I wanted to show it off.
This is a curry pizza from Bombay Pizza, an Indian Pizza fusion restaurant. I love the fusion restaurants we get here! It has shahi curry sauce which is mild and a bit sweet, masala paneer frying cheese, cilantro, red onions, normal pizza cheese, and diced tomatoes. As a curry lover I find it to be super tasty and I especially love the paneer! Usually I want meat on my pizza, but this pizza is just fine without it. I want to try their other pizzas some time, they have a lot of tasty looking options including a pesto option.
