Meh, I had that problem with one of the other icons I made for someone else :/ I fixed it on mine, but I have NO idea how I did it :(

I think it has something to do with the Dithering level and transparency threshold.
At least if you use Paint.net XD

is all cool, dude. C: I gave it a white back. Looks good. My friend told me to make the images in MS paint, save as a .png and THEN animate in photoshop.

Thats what I do XD most of the time anyways. I finally downloaded paint.net, which is like a dumbed down version of photoshop, or a souped up version of MS pain lol
