Ah, it's been a whole year, but I finally have refined art of this character! Bastian Blount from Hell City, a character which I haven't done alot with out of respect for his story. I wrote Hell City awhile ago, but it's still one of my finer works honestly, so I haven't risked flanderising Bastian as much as I have... Well, the other two Bastians.
