Sometimes it feels like my computer sucks the life out of me.
You know, i am, like... WAY TOO MUCH at my smartphone, PC, etc etc and my ADHD doesnt make it easier for me. I suffer greatly from sensory overload and i think i will never be able to stop it on my own.
I feel like i need another person just to look at me the entire day just to get something done... and i am ashamed for that.
My brain however craves just more and more input without any sense of WHY and i hate it...
