Probably, but until that day comes I'm going to keep posting. I'm not cable television, I'm not making money off of this in the least, and if requested I will blurr out the license plate numbers or faces of every picture on this account. Otherwise, I don't see why people wouldn't want me showing off their car online, obviously it's nice if it's worth taking a picture of. I generally try my best not to include any people in the picture, but sometimes it can't be helped. Other than that I think I'll be fine, unless confronted by admins. And I doubt the admins are so harsh as to delete my account, suspend me or ban me for all this if there is a problem.
...In fact, I'll try sending in a trouble ticket or a note to an admin asking if it's alright for me to post these, or if I have to blurr certain things.

Better yet, I'll end the conversation myself.
There are NO laws regarding photography, other than that of government buildings, private property, (Homes, NOT cars) and government officials.
The patriot act mentions NOTHING about photographing subjects other than those.
Here's plenty for you to read:

http://ambientlight.ca/laws/
Unless you can state a SPECIFIC law number, claim number, and jurisdiction number, your argument is completely inadequate, and you show yourself to be a fool.
Perhaps you shouldn't have tried to pick an argument with a Cum Laude from Boston College Law School; who now works for the second largest law firm in the country, and is a professional photographer, with one of the most read independent photography blogs on the internet.
I win.
Don't bother me with your responses.
*Grumbles* Tell me I'm spewing bullshit. lawl.
