Eh, better than what I can do....

the whole cuff should be one long piece of string, going in a circle relooping through the beads

You leave a long strand when you make the original knot, and then when you want to tie the entire thing off you thread the string back through the beads to hide it and tie it to the same string you left long at the beginning

ya i did that but for some reason some of the beads turned when i was making it and i herped the derp but they new one im doing i think its going right

yeah you need to find a way to thread it so that it doesn't go over any beads, it took me a while :) keep at it!
