I tried a mixture of my regular old art style with some Blender magic. But will Rotteen get in trouble for inflating Nicole and Kitty Katswell? Probably not, as long as you enjoy being bubblized.


No, Rotteen, they're not listening to you. They're way too caught up in being big balloons. This is actually the first time I drew Rotteen as she appears in ArtisticMadiDel's artwork. The puffy pink hair, the nice face, the cool croptop. I seriously love how Rotteen came out here. She's just so cheery!
