Orange and teal, orange and teal!
This was originally going to be a desktop, but in the end it turned out way too busy. And so I've since declared it a regular picture in a bit of an unwieldy format :3

Why, "bhanjayatum", of course :3
Which is supposed to be an infinitive of a causative of a root for "to bend", which in retrospect was the worst possible way to go about it because in my entire time with sanskrit I haven't seen a single infinitive anywhere, since they prefer to use a teeming host of terrifying participial constructions for everything XD

Oh boy, this is an old picture!
I think I was using the "scratchboard tool" brush in Painter 11 at the time? It helps to have a brush that's very sensitive to pressure, so you can get dramatically thicc and thynn lines out of it without changing the size. I also liked to draw or erase over the lines with the same brush to clean up and sharpen edges.
