D. Ceit is an NPC I introduced a bit under a year in cosmic drive as a boss enemy. But my party decided to keep her head kind of like Mimir from God of War. She gives advice and has been an interesting voice to science. She chose the clown theme as she has always been enamored by the entertainment industry. She's been redesigned at least once. <3 I love this design much more~

I got inspired hard by Killer Klowns from outspace, It and some touches from Beetlejuice for her design. Some of the craziest designs went into her.
