The brother of CODENAME: Power-Up, he serves as a part of a spacial exploration team, one of the "infantry", to put it lightly. He's the more jovial of the pair, being alot more light hearted and less serious, which can prove a benefit or a detriment given the situation. Regardless, both of them are highly talented in ranged and melee combat, and such prove an invaluable part of the force.
