I have a sketchbook I take to cons that is devoted to fanart. Each page has a small title at the top indicating a book, movie, cartoon, video game, etc that I am a fan of. When I hand it off to an artist, they are free to pick one of the unused pages that is also a property they are a fan of themselves, and draw whatever they want as long as one of my characters is featured in the scene. :)
spelunkersal chose FF7, and did a great job with it! As cute as Cait Sith was, you have to admit he would have been even more awesome if it was an adorable nillacoon riding that giant stuffed moogle. =) Cheering the party on and giving everyone footrubs after a successful battle!
